All USA orders are insured and include online tracking. These details are emailed within 48 hours of order submission.

USA customers receive orders in 3-5 working days at no extra cost!

Optional 1 to 2 day shipping in the USA

For $16 you can upgrade to 1 to 2 day shipping. To ensure 1 or 2 day arrival, orders must be made before 10:00 AM EST. 

Worldwide 7-14 business day delivery

International orders are delivered in 7-14 working days. The cost is $15 USD and includes a confirmation number which will show tracking up to the USA border and insurance beyond the U.S border.

Issuing of Refunds

Refunds are issued after undamaged items have been returned to us and verified.

Please include a copy of the order invoice with your return. This ensures we can easily identify your order and process the refund.

Return Period

Items must be returned within 7 days of date received.

Item Condition

Items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in sellable condition.

Insurance Claims

Insurance claims must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.

Shipping Charges

No credits or refunds of shipping charges. Return shipping cost and insurance is the customer's responsibility.

Lost Items

Items lost while being returned are not refundable. We recommend you use a reputable carrier and insure the return package if you have the option. Returns in the USA are easily insured.
