Are the jewelry settings open from the back?
Yes, all of the stones in our jewelry designs either touch the skin or have open backs. There is no barrier between you and the stone!
Are Arkadia gemstones genuine?
Yes, all of our gemstones are genuine and authentic.
Each item in our shop has its own specifications, including dimensions, weight, and a description of the gem's country, color, shape and other unique characteristics. .
Every item is one-of-a-kind and photographed individually. We stand by the integrity of all of our products and we don't deal with gemstones that have been dyed,, or artificially treated in any way.

Is Arkadia Moldavite genuine?
Our Moldavite is 100% authentic. All our Moldavite stones come with a Certificate of Authenticity which includes the grade and weight. Arkadia is a reputable Moldavite and gemstone supplier with 20 years in the industry. We supply reputable jewelry stores, gift shops and retail customers with the highest quality Moldavite available on the market. We do not sell treated or synthetic stones of any kind. Feel free to have any of our gems reviewed and authenticated by a gemologist.
What is the best way to clean my gemstone?
You can rinse gemstones and crystals in clear spring water (live spring water is the best) and then put them in the sun for a few hours (it is not recommended to put Kunzite in the sun).
Do you make custom designs?
We offer custom designs in 14 kt or 18 kt Gold. If you are interested in commissioning a piece, contact us with your request and we can begin the design process!
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom designs in sterling silver at this time.
Can you change the gemstone in a piece of jewelry?
Each piece is one-of-a-kind and we cannot replace the gemstone in a specific design.
We are constantly adding new pieces and have a large backstock of unique pieces. If there is a specific gemstone combination or design you are looking for, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your request!
How should I clean my jewelry?
Sterling silver goes through a natural process of oxidation that causes tarnishing.
You can polish your item from time to time with a specially designed jewelry polishing cloth, use the service of a jeweler with an ultrasonic cleaner or buy jewelry wipes for convenient and easy cleaning.
How can I learn more about gemstones?
We have a dedicated Gemstone Directory where you can learn about the physical properties, the metaphysical attributes and the associated mythology and history of dozens of gemstones.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diner's Club.
We also accept accelerated checkout by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay by Shopify.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the invoice of your order aimt the valid email address you provide on the order form at checkout. If you do not see your order confirmation, please check your junkmail. If you still cannot find your order confirmation then contact us.
Can I have a different billing and shipping address?
On the order form you will have the option to add two different addresses. On a Pay Pal receipt only the billing address will appear but on the Arkadia invoice that you receive by email you will find both addresses. If you are sending a gift, please list the address of the recipient in the shipping address. If there is a problem processing your order,reach out to us and we can process it manually.

What countries do you ship to?
Arkadia ships products to all countries, but the methods of shipment vary. We offer a flat rate $18 shipping with USPS, including tracking and signature confirmation to many countries. If you do not see this option at checkout, it means we can only ship to your country using either DHL International or UPS. Is my order insured?
All items shipped with USPS, DHL or UPS are all insured to the full value of the item purchased. If a package is lost, the customer has no liability and the cost of the item and shipping (if charged) will be fully refunded.
Does Arkadia ship to P.O. and APO boxes?
Yes, just input your P.O. Box or APO box in the order form as the shipping address and we will ship to the specified address.
Are International orders charged customs duty?
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. If duty is applied to the value of the goods, the customer is responsible for the payment in order to release the goods from Customs.

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

Do shipments require signature confirmation?
Yes, do to the value of the contents and the validity of the insurance, we require signature confirmation to ensure secure and correct delivery.
Why didn't I receive my tracking number?
If you did not receive a tracking number it may have landed in your spam box.Please allow 24 hours from the time you made your order and then check your spam box.If you make your order on Friday after 10 AM EST, Saturday or Sunday, please allow until Monday for your tracking number to arrive as they are issued when the package is sent. Please contact us if you did not receive a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I exchange my item if I am not happy with it?
Yes, we except exchanges but you must contact us with your request within 3 days of having received your package.
You can chose from all available items in our store. If the item is of lesser value, we will refund you the difference. If the item is of a greater value, we will send you a payment request for the difference.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.The item needs to be mailed to our shipping office Within 7 days of receiving your package or your exchange cannot be processed.
When will I receive my refund?
After you send us back your item we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, your refund will be approved. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank, the return of funds can take 3-5 business days.
Who pays for the shipping cost of returns or exchanges?
The customer is liable for the cost of shipping the item back to our shipping office. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We will ship your exchanged item free of charge after receiving your returned item.
Please send your package with tracking and insurance to insure we received your exchange/return item.
Can I return my item if I am not happy with it?
Yes, we accept all returns for any reason, as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as you received it.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item that you would like to return it. The item must be mailed back to our shipping office within 7 days of you receiving it.
All refunds will be processed only after our shipping office has confirmed the receipt of your returned item.
