You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the invoice of your order aimt the valid email address you provide on the order form at checkout. If you do not see your order confirmation, please check your junkmail. If you still cannot find your order confirmation then contact us.
On the order form you will have the option to add two different addresses. On a Pay Pal receipt only the billing address will appear but on the Arkadia invoice that you receive by email you will find both addresses. If you are sending a gift, please list the address of the recipient in the shipping address. If there is a problem processing your order,reach out to us and we can process it manually.
Arkadia ships products to all countries, but the methods of shipment vary. We offer a flat rate $18 shipping with USPS, including tracking and signature confirmation to many countries. If you do not see this option at checkout, it means we can only ship to your country using either DHL International or UPS. All items shipped with USPS, DHL or UPS are all insured to the full value of the item purchased. If a package is lost, the customer has no liability and the cost of the item and shipping (if charged) will be fully refunded.

If you did not receive a tracking number it may have landed in your spam box.Please allow 24 hours from the time you made your order and then check your spam box.If you make your order on Friday after 10 AM EST, Saturday or Sunday, please allow until Monday for your tracking number to arrive as they are issued when the package is sent. Please contact us if you did not receive a tracking number.
Yes, we except exchanges but you must contact us with your request within 3 days of having received your package.
You can chose from all available items in our store. If the item is of lesser value, we will refund you the difference. If the item is of a greater value, we will send you a payment request for the difference.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.The item needs to be mailed to our shipping office Within 7 days of receiving your package or your exchange cannot be processed.
After you send us back your item we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If the item is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, your refund will be approved. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank, the return of funds can take 3-5 business days.
The customer is liable for the cost of shipping the item back to our shipping office. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We will ship your exchanged item free of charge after receiving your returned item.
