All orders are shipped within 24 hours!

We have several options for shipping:

1-2 business day shipping within the the USA with a fee.

3-5 business day shipping with tracking within USA.

Worldwide delivery in 7-14 working days. 

Yes, each item in the package is insured for the full value.

We have found USPS (United States Postal Service) to be exceptionally reliable both inside and outside of the USA. We offer several different shipping USPS options that you can choose from: 

1) Standard Shipping: Customers in the USA will receive their orders in 3-5 business days.

2) Overnight Shipping in Continental USA: Order must be made before 10 AM EST to guarantee next day.

3) International Express Shipping Worldwide: Packages are shipped within 24 hours and include registration number. 7-10 business days for delivery.

When you fill out your Delivery address information, you will see the possible shipping options that will apply to your address.

Yes. Just add your P.O. Box or APO box to the order form for the shipping address and we can send it directly there.

We package all jewelry and small stones in an organza (cloth) bag wrapped in colorful tissue paper.

Each box is padded with a swirl of colorful tissue paper and looks like a gift!

Yes. To ensure safe and correct delivery, we require a signature of receipt for each shipment.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which could be applied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by you.

All orders shipped internationally will be marked as "Gifts".

If you did not receive a tracking number it may have landed in your spam box.

Please allow 24 hours from the time you made your order and then check your spam box.

If you make your order on Friday after 10 AM EST, Saturday or Sunday, please allow until Monday for your tracking number to arrive as they are issued when the package is sent. Please contact us if you did not recieve a tracking number.

You will receive an e-mail with the details of your order at the valid email address you provide on the order form at checkout.

Yes. On the order form you will have the option to add the two different addresses. On a Pay Pal receipt only the billing address will appear but on the Arkadian Collection Receipt that you receive by email you will find both addresses.

If you dont see your country in our shipping options please contact us.

We accept all major credit cards including We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We accept US and International cards. We also accept debit cards and Paypal.

Gemstone & Jewelry

Frequently asked questions about our gemstone and jewelry items.

Yes. Each piece is one of a kind and photographed (and in some cases filmed) individually. The piece that you see on our website is the very same one that you will hold in your hand.

Due to the unique nature of our one-of-a-kind products, changing Gemstones is not possible.

We recommend washing your jewelry in clear spring water and then drying it and polishing it with a special polishing cloth.

You can rinse gemstones and crystals in clear spring water (live spring water is the best) and then put them in the sun for a few hours (it is not recommended to put kunzite in the sun).

As with Crystals, it is best to rinse Moldavite in clear, live, spring water, and then let it soak up the sun for several hours.

Our Moldavite is 100% authentic. All our Moldavite stones come with a Certificate of Authenticity which includes the grade and weight.

We design and handcraft unique Moldavite Jewelry, each piece completely individual.

Additionally, we Activate our moldavite at a sacred healing temple in the mountains.

We stand by our Moldavite and guarantee all of our gemstones.

We do not sell treated or synthetic stones of any kind.

Feel free to have any of our gems reviewed and authenticated by a gemologist.

All of our Crystals are 100% authentic.

We often travel the world to personally source our gems and crystals, selecting them with our own eyes.

Yes, in almost all of our designs the gemstones either touch the skin or have open backs. There is no barrier between you and the stone!

Custom designs are something that we look forward to being able to create for individual customers in the future, but for now we are not taking custom orders.

We have created a Gemstone Directory to help customers select stones.

We recommend you use your eyes and intuition to select individual stones and combinations.

We offer a wide variety of stone combinations that we believe are complimentary and powerful.

Returns & Exchanges

Frequently asked questions about Returns & Exchanges.

If you are unhappy in any way please notify us that you would like to exchange or return the item within 3 days of receiving it. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase and you have not notified us and reshipped the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank, the return of funds can take 3-5 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 If you need to exchange your item, please notify us by email. We can then help you by placing a new item on hold. If the new item has a greater or lesser value we can help to process the partial payment or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will ship a new item to you free of charge for an exchanged item.
